Azerbaijani Nadir Agayev appointed head of Leningrad administration of Kaliningrad

President of Kaliningrad Martial Arts Association Nadir Agayev has been appointed head of Leningrad administration of Kaliningrad, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports. Nadir Agayev’s appointment will be confirmed at the meeting of Kaliningrad Council on September 9.
Nadir Agayev was born in Jalilabad region of Azerbaijan in 1956. He has been living in Kaliningrad since 1975. He worked in the eastern martial arts club for nine years. He was director of “Social protection of the youth”. For nine years he was deputy head of Central region administration of Kaliningrad, he was deputy head of Leningrad administration of Kaliningrad for a year and a half. Moreover, he was acting head of Leningrad administration for a year. Leningrad is the biggest region in Kaliningrad.
